At Pescarul Zăpăcit, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests must be approved before sending any product back. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our support team after the return request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
